美国大学理事会2021年1月19日正式通知取消SAT学科考试，这使得AP考试成绩在申请大学过程中更为重要。圣地亚哥华夏中文学校的AP中文课程自2006年通过大理会批准以来已经有15年的历史。学校的AP老师们都在大理会注册并经过每年的审核批准，是非常有AP教学经验和AP应试经验的老师。
经众多家长要求，华夏中文学校计划将举办两场2021年AP中文模拟考试：
本次考试不限于华夏中文学校的在校生。我们欢迎所有感兴趣的，尤其是准备今年5月份或者明年参加AP中文考试的学生来参加模拟考，提前热身，熟悉考试氛围，流程和题型。考试结束后两周，考生会收到考试结果和反馈分析，为今年五月份的AP考试做更有针对性的准备。根据学生需求，我们考虑在三月份和四月份开办有针对性的AP中文考试集训班。集训班具体安排请关注后期通知。
模拟考试不但开放给华夏的学生，对社区，甚至对全美国想要参加或将来想参加AP中文的孩子都开放！
The San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School (SDHXCS) AP Chinese program has been teaching local Chinese AP classes for 15 years since it was approved by the College Board in 2006. Our AP Chinese teachers are all actively registered and annually audited to the College Board. Considering the College Board’s decision to permanently cancel SAT Subject tests starting 2021, we believe that a good AP test score can contribute more to a student’s college application. At the request of many parents, SDHXCS will host two 2021 AP Chinese mock tests in the middle of February. The mock test will be open to all interested students, especially to those who have registered for the AP Chinese test in May or plan to take AP Chinese test in the future. The mock test will definitely help the students better understand the AP test process and environment. Our teacher will share the report card with each student two weeks after the test. If needed, the school may offer last-minute AP Chinese Prep classes for students.
