Dr. Likai Li (李利凯教授) is a founding Partner of Guangsheng & Partners, a law firm based in Beijing, China. Dr. Li served as a government legal counsel in the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China for many years. He is listed regularly in leading legal directories such as “The Guide to the World’s Leading Custom, Trade & Competition Lawyers”, “Who’s Who Legal” and “Chambers Global” since 2002.

Dr. Li teaches executive courses as an adjunct professor for EMBA students at Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University, Zhejiang University and Zhongshan University. Dr. Li’s specialized teaching areas are corporate governance, technological startup and innovation management. Dr. Li is an author of two books: “Open Innovation: Massive Collaboration Changes the World” & “Technological Startup: Built to be Great”.

Dr. Li is also Chairman of Ennohub Technology and founding partner of Ennohub Venture, an investment fund for startups. He became a limited partner of Sequoia Capital China in 2007. Dr. Li is appointed by the Chinese government as one of the board members of the Organizing Committee of China Innovation Summit.

In this lecture, Dr. Li will share with us his insights on startup management and creative leadership, including how to obtain venture capitals for startup companies.
